Open House NYC
The team from Open House New York came to St Martin to film Casa De La Playa and an beachfront mansion located on Baie Longue Terres Basses St Martin FWI.
This magnificent Estate is located right on the beach in Terres Basses, not far from La Samanna Hotel from Belmond Group.
Antonio was the main actor and the villa was more beautiful than ever.
Casa De La Playa is one of the very few Estates on the island to have a wine cellar.
This Estate is now only available for rent.
There is a wall all around the property very easy to distinguish as it is purple red.
As you enter the property you immediately see this amazing green.
Beautiful stone driveway leading to the main entrance, a massive hard wood door.
